Main Street Caf 69 Main Street South

The café is owned by the Fessenden Area Betterment Association and was built in 2009 after a fire destroyed the other café at that time.  They  have been renting it out for the last 14 years to the same tenants from that first lease and they are ready to take a break and retire.  Instead of leasing it out again the Betterrment Association would prefer to sell it.  The building is 48x64, very spacious with 3072 square feet.
